Support Long Term Care Residents!
If you are looking for more information about long-term care or help resolving a concern, CMAA is here to help!
Our Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program volunteers visit residents of local nursing homes and rest homes on a regular basis and investigate resident concerns regarding personal care, personal belongings, roommate problems, food concerns, or any other issues that impact their quality of life in the home. They also provide education for caregivers, families, and community members.
